The Tangerine Tree Cafe was opened by Ness & Martin Turner in April 2008.
'The Tangerine Tree cafe evolved from our previous experience and ability to 'branch' out into many different areas: outside catering, events, bespoke in-house catering and parties, but most of all the idea developed because we wanted to create a cafe that offered a reliable service, great food and drink, value for money, and a pleasant relaxing environment.'
Ness's career in Events began orgainising and running the production marquees for London Fashion Week in the grounds of the Natural History Museum London. She then moved onto work for the Ministry of Sound as their Events Manager orgainising and running a 36 date European Club Tour, two New Years eve dance events for 25 thousand people at the Dome Greenwich alongside a 32 thousand capacity festival at Knebworth Hertfordshire.
Martin has a background in catering management. He has worked for various corporations in London and the South West, such as Tate Modern, Institute of Directors and the Met Office.
