Katarina - Head Chef
Katarina works in the role of assistant chef, she has lived in the south west for the past five years, working as a manager and chef in small businesses within the Plymouth area.  Her food is also influenced by her travels throughout Europe and Asia.

Her enthusiasm for food has led her into a career in cooking. She cares a lot about the ingredients she uses, always looking for fresh local produce. Katarina is a vegetarian and therefore brings her creative flare for imaginative vegetarian dishes onto our menu’s.

Cassandra Hill - supervisor
Cassie our supervisor is Totnes born and bred. She has worked in retail since leaving school and has been our supervisor for the past year. Cass has excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, helping create a happy efficient environment for all customers and staff.
